Ode to Narcissism

California.

Today I had to stop by the grocery store to procure some required items.  I decided to take a back way home and skip the usual short trip up the freeway.  It had been awhile.  This slightly scenic route reminded me of how beautiful Southern California can be.  And no, I’m not talking about the beach.  I like the beach as much as the next person, especially the hidden parts of the coast, but I’m talking about the Inland.  I need to take a solitary trip back down that road with my camera and attempt to capture this.
